Hello! I know the package I am waiting on is going to be delayed due to COVID-19, that’s understood, but what I’m trying to understand is, is it still in China? It’s been nearly a month since I made the order and it’s only in China? Is that correct? I tried to add the United States Postal Service (USPS) but it was not listed among your countries. Can I receive something more than this bit of info? I need to know if I should simply cancel the order or not.

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
