What's the courier for it? I couldn't fina any tracking information for it.

My package was shipped by EMS China to the US. On July 2nd, it reached my hometown and “disappeared”. Tracking number XY471362858CN. How can it just be lost?!?

XY471362858CN is not a right tracking number. There is no tracking information for it. You'd better reflect the problem to the seller and get a solution as soon as possible.
