Package tracking number is RC814959386SG
Wrote to you last time and you last told me my item is in Shanghai awaiting a flight to Singapore from your postal services. It has been 2.5 months. I have ordered taobao items from Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou last month and all have arrived by ship and by airfreight. May I know where this particular package is? And what its status is? Why has it not left China when everything else I have ordered already been delivered?

Hi Emil,

Is the return address correct on the lable of the box? It should have been back to Singapore now. Tracking doesn't update for returned package. You'd better contact Singapore Post to check if it's stuck in Singapore now.

The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.
