hi may I enquire what is the status of my item RC814959386SG. Supposed to be shipped back to Singapore but now I can't track it.

Hi Emil,

It should be still in Shanghai now. It takes 7-30 days to leave China after delivered to airtransport. You'd better wait for more days to see it arrives in Singapore.

The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.
