Where is it? Does Canada post hold it?

Hi, Daisy, Please help. I saw my package arrived canada in Nov 25, but today is Dec 27, more than a month.
Is it an ems tracking number? should it show up in canada post when it arrived in canada? Can I verify the address wrote on my package?

Hi Ken,

It's an EMS tracking number. You need to contact the seller to ask if there is another tracking number to track it when it arrives in Canada. It's not normal that it's stuck there for a month. You should require the seller give you a solution in time.
