My shipment with tracking number EV995486443CN has been in transit for 63 days now. Is the package still held by customs? It's that even normal??? I paid for EMS express and I was expecting the package to arrive earlier. Should I ask for a refund or wait for a eternity? What do you think I should do? I have written to the seller who does not respond either. Totally worthless service.

It's stuck at the customs of Guangzhou now. In normal, the seller should give you a solution. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
