I am living in Saudi Arabia I ordered smth from China I want to know about epacket carrier how can I reach them here in Saudi Arabia to know where are their branches and how am going to get my parcel?

seems no branches, i think just Carrier and warehouses with no branches, also many orders with e packet not delivered to me, same problem

In China post status is delivered but I can't receive any call any mail or message also I can't receive my parcel so how can I know where they deliver
You must have told the detailed address and your contact number to the seller/sender. Epacket carrier in your place will dial your phone number and tell you where to pick it. In most cases, they will send it to your door.
