my parcel left Beijing on July 7th enroute to Honolulu, Hawaii via China Post, EV746457860CN. Tracking stopped. Where is it now?

It didn't left Beijing on July 7. The seller shipped it on July 11 and it was delivered to air transport in Zhengzhou on July 14.
