Please help me find the english and chinese name of that postal office because I have to pick it up on March 13th because that is the deadline given to me. My mother sent me a big package about three weeks ago from France, throught the french postal service Colissimo. It is a big package that contains a very fragile instrument. The french postal service says the package already arrived in Chengdu a week ago and is waiting for me at the nearest postal office, but I haven't recieved any note in my box telling me where to pick it up. I went to the nearest postal office and they don't know where it is. I have a french tracking code: CC 7408 7513 4FR. Please help me, it is very important I recieve my instrument quickly.

I sent a package to Guangzhou,China in JULY! I have requested my money back from United States Postal Services on multiple occasions since then they continuously tell me to reach out to China Postal office which is nearly impossible and at this point I just want my money back or that package delivered it’s been far to long!
