Where has my package been delivered?

Hi,
My package AM614203543CN shows as delivered, but I didnt receive it.
Is there any info on the possible collection point whereof postal office where it was sent? Of even what local carrier was used to deliver?

Package shows as delivered but I didn't receive it ( AM556829809CN ). Who was the courier who delivered it. The seller needs proof I didn't receive it before they issue a new one
