would like to know where this RW083391117CN might be and if its been sent and on the way to me yet

please also can you tell me what type of package it is and the method of shipment and update since there is no activity on my order since may 13

There are two situations for no information of your package:
1. The seller hasn't sent it. He just created the order. You'd better require the seller to deliver it as soon as possible if you are urgent.
2. The package is an ordinary one that couldn't be tracked.

From the tracking number format, it's a China Post small packet. Not sure if it's sent by air or ship. You'd better contact the seller to ask the method of shipment.
