Where do I pick up my package that was sent to ukraine from china

Please I got a call that my package from China has arrived in ukraine. And I should come pick it up, I went to ems office in kharkov ukraine, and I was sent to a local postal office, on getting there they said my package is not in the system.

This is my parcel number please:

Please where can I pick up my package .

Hi, the system shows your request to pick up your package by your own. Your package can be seen in the system. Why they say that? You'd better to the office to ask again. Or they may return your package back to the sender if no one pick is up for days.
