Dear Customs, I would like to submit my documents to the Customs broker in Suzhou to declare customs for a delivery CA857201474DE. I cannot upload the documents in the EMS App because the shipment number does not appear in the status. 24/05/2023 I did send back the faulty item to the Seller located in China. I did contact with the Seller and I told them, that they need to call of that phone number: 0755-26755971, but the Seller ignores me. I know, that this package is held by Shenzhen International Customs Broker. I was trying to find any details about Shenzhen Customs via internet, buy without luck. I also know that in China exist few Customs Brokers. Can you please give me any details about "Shenzhen International Customs Broker" such as full adress. I need to contact them. The phone number is not working. Thank you.
