Where do I contact to resolve my package turning around?

My package arrived from Beijing, and turned around and is being sent back. I'm assuming it was an error on my address because It's a common issue, but is there an english contact? The english version of the website doesn't work for me

When I track my package, it is only turning on China post thing. Today I tracked again and I saw the green tick, it says :delivered. No I didn't receive yet. Where is my package? When I get it? Please help me.
