I'm collector letters/cards which postmarked with pictorial or tourist postmarks from the post offices. But how can I find the adresses of Beijing post offices which use pictorial or tourist postmarks. Are some post offices on the Great Wall?

It looks like Its gonna be sent to Beijing back while It supposed to be shipped to Singapore through Guangzhou.
And, Its second time happening. It ended up going back to Beijing in April and I was advised that its due to COVID-19 delay.

However, If its being delayed, why does it go back to Beijing and not stay in Guangzhou?
Please Please ... send my parcel to Singapore as soon as possible.
Its been stuck since April till now without any notice.
