The nearest post office to Nanjing Road is Konglong Post office (Dinosaur Post office).
The address is:
F3 SHANGHAI NO.1 DEPARTMENT STORE, No. 830 Nanjing East Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai (恐龙邮局 – 南京东路830号上海第一百货商店F3)

I'm not sure if it provides international service. You can go there to ask.
