Where can I claim a letter sent from Quebec, Canda to Jilin City?

I am waiting for a letter from quebec immigration in Canada. I'm not sure if they have sent it here in Jilin city or in my country Philippines. I want to check the post office in jilin city if they reiceved a letter from Quebec. But i don't have the tracking number. Please help me what to do. Thank you

Hi Karen,

It's hard for China post in Jinlin to check if there is a letter for you without a tracking number. I think you should try to contact quebec immigration in Canada and ask them where they have sent the letter to, Jilin or Philippines.
