Where are this items? they arrive to Montreal on January 8th

My order tracking number LZ484855775CN was placed on November 14th and was status received in Montreal distribution Transit hub on December 13th. Then it was status 'delivery failed' on January 8t, we will try again, then nothing. Which makes no sens because all my orders are to be deliver at the same address and there is always people there. I'm been trying to get an answer to this since January. Thank you. Another orther Tracking number UJ137248972US placed also on November, was status received in Montreal on December 4th and that's it. Nothing more. Can you please trace this. Thank you

According to the tracking information, on Dec.14. Canada Post tried to deliver it to your new address. Later it was returned back to China.
