Where are my packages?

hello I would like to know what happened with my order? one of my packages was sent at the end of April and the other at the beginning of May to Canada. I have a month's wait and the order has been shipped by air. I think it would be nice if the post office could let people know if there is a problem. the number of my first package: EB744186149CN my second order: LZ847827975CN. I am waiting for an answer from you thank you
