Where are my packages

I ordered my items at the end of May, they shipped beginning of June, got to America July 31st, and I've no longer received updates nor my packages. The seller is unhelpful, as he keeps saying be patient. It's been 3 months, it's hard to be patient at this point.

Hi Jme,

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since July 31. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within ten days after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller isn't helpful, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

I've been trying to be patient in regards to the pandemic, and considering that California has been hit hard with it, also, on top of that, alll of the fires they're having. Which is why I've kept asking him if he knew where it arrived at, so that maybe I can reach out to someone on this side of the shipment. I just want to make sure it is there, and also that it hasn't burned in the fire. It's very aggravating.

All four of my packages have been sitting in one spot for about 2 months now. I have already recieved 2 packages from companies in your country. I am also aware of what is going on all around the world at this moment but like I mentioned before I have already received 2 other packages that were ordered after these and were sent off from the same place so I would like to know what exactly is going on with my packages because I should have received them all by now.

Just send my packages already. They have been sitting for almost 2 months now. There is no reason for these packages to have to sit for so long but my other package I ordered at the same time has already made it to me. Any virus that may have been on them is long gone by now but you having them sit where other packages can contaminate them further is not the smartest thing. They could be quarantined while they were being shipped. Keeping them in one spot is not going to make a difference. Send my damn packages to me. I spent way to much money for me to have to wait this long for my shit. Send my packages. I will just go about getting ahold of whoever with my lawyer if my packages are not sent and sent off soon.
