Extend the date. It couldn't reach you today. If you couldn't get it before October 8, it's not normal, then claim a refund.

Hi, i was wondering where is my package. It says that my package is delivered, but i didn't receive it. How can i find out where i should ring to find out where is it?
Both of them are stuck in Guangzhou. You need to contact China Post by calling 11183 (them 8 for English service) to ask how to get it.
