Hi could you please provide me with updates on parcels:

LO867350305CN - this package has no visible update for me and seems to be stuck since 5th March 2020
LO939494638CN - this is also stuck with no visible update
LO962756222CN

LO867350305CN and LO939494638CN are stuck in China now. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution if it stucks for over a month.

LO962756222CN is en route to UK now.

You advised me last week that LO867350305CN was already enroute to UK but now have said it is stuck in China.... how is this possible?
