Where are my handbags

I ordered two handbags on Facebook paid $117.00 for them on 17th August 2020.
A package was delivered to me yesterday containing a $15 scarf.
There are no details of the sender except the following:
Shishai of 2 Jinxiu Road, Daliang, FOSHAN GuanDong 518000.
This is a scam and I want my money back. 0410486099

You can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back now.
