Where and when will I get my package?

My parcel has been in transit for 25 days , I don’t know if it’s still in China or the uk . Could someone help me ?

Hi Sanjay,

It's stuck in China now. Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update.

Hi there as you mean stuck in China , what does that mean ? Is it normal to be stuck for 26 days ? Is there anything to be worried about?
