Where and what has happen to my package

My package should have been delivered to my months ago but was resent, then whilst waiting for the carrier transport it was sent back on a security return and then sent back. The latest update was the airline is shipping but nothing after that. Can someone tell me what has happen, tracking number LV312769054CN
