When will my package leave China?

It has been nearly 4 weeks since I ordered my product however it’s been in transit for 9 days now with ‘cleared and awaiting international departure’. I understand with COVID-19 there are delays but if someone can estimate on when it might leave China, that would be great. Tracking number LZ060443862CN

Hi Coco,

It was delivered to air transport on May 12 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. There will be update when it arrives in Australia. It usually takes about 15-40 days to have update. Please wait for more days to get update.
