when will my package arrive?

According to the status, my shipments have been handed over to the airline company for more than 10days. My previous shipments usually only take 1week+ to arrive. May I know if my shipment is still in China or is it in transit?

Hi RQ,

They are in transit to Singapore now. Sometimes, packages are delayed in China for many days waiting for the flight. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
