I ordered my goods on June 24th, 2019 and expected it to have arrived already but yet nothing has been delivered. No tracking number was given to me upon checkout, and here I am stuck waiting.

If it's sent by e-packet, there should be a tracking number starting with letter L. It usually takes about 20-50 days to be delivered depending on different destinations. You need to contact the seller to ask for the tracking number and give you a solution if you couldn't receive it within 50 days.
