When will I get my parcel?

I sent my parcel by EMS with Superbuy from China to Germany (08/12/2019) and the status was not changed about almost 02 weeks (today is 20/12/2019). It was said “Guangzhou, delivered to air transport”. When will I get my parcel? I’ll leave the destination country 28/12 so I’m worry that I will never get my package! So bad!

Hi Amber Nguyen,

It has left China and is in transit to Germany now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, please contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution.
