When will I expect this to finally ship out?

I bought this package on October 10th. It was handed over on October 30th, and it still hasn't even left the city it started in yet! What is the delay? I would like a genuine answer! Its a pair of new shoes because my current pair is very worn out! I paid a lot of money for faster shipping and yet it has been almost a month without a single update.

Hi AaronF,

The delivery time couldn't be guaranteed due to the coronavirus. It was handed over to the carrier transport on Nov. 13 and usually takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

It left Beijing on October 30 and no tracking updates since then. 2 months is a long time for it to have left China and still not have arrived in Canada. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get to Canada?
