Can you please tell me why is it so hard to get an answer to what delivery company delivers my parcel. It said it is delivered. It was not, living in a locked apartment...you either get a call, or delivery notice. Tell me where the parcel goes once out of YTO distribution center, calgary. I'm horribly upset. Hi I ordered something from ali express and they claim the package was deliverd, even the delivery information on your China post says so. However I never received the package and they said I should get in touch with the delivery company to get signature proof and they will give a refund. Also if you have the information can you tell which UK local company tried to deliver. Tracking number is AM985338414CN
