The last notification i received was that my package "Arrived at Sorting Center" on April 21, 2020. Since then, I have not received an updated and the "Estimated Date of Arrival" keeps getting pushed back. My tracking # is LY162324485CN. Can you please inform me where my package is and when i should expect arrival?

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.
