Tracking # AT0965572373CN. Says has been delivered but I have not received it. Checked with neighbors and post office. Cannot be found.

Hi Nigel Carter,

AT0965572373CN is not a right tracking number. If it shows delivered but you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hi there,
My tracking number: LZ227334745CN
This said that 2 weeks ago on the 27th of August it arrived in Sydney, Australia however this has not been processed by Australia post and no other updates have happened. On the China Post tracking it sometimes doesn't even say that it has arrived in Sydney. Could you please let me know what is happening with this? Because one of my other packages that arrived in Sydney 2 days ago from China Post is already being processed.
