Hi CARLO CAPORALE,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Nov.5 and usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Italy after it was handed over to the carrier transport. Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
