When it will arrive in Australia

Hello, Daisy

My parcel has returned to Australia and stuck at SHANGKHAI from 23th June until now.
I'm afraid if something happened again. Why it is not sent to the sender and stuck for 14 days?

Hi Hok,

It's delayed in Shanghai. You can only wait for more days to get update. Another situation is that it's moving but tracking information doesn't update. If you could let the receiver in China contact China Post directly to check, that's better.

Hi my name is Jakob Matheson and I was just emailing you to find out where my item with this tracking number is: UM136775822US.

I live in Australia and I have been tracking this item for a few weeks now and I have noticed that it was being shipped from New York to Hong Kong when It should be coming to Australia.

I ordered this item off of Madison Beer's official shop website in June and it only got shipped out in October.

It is now nearly November and I am still yet to receive my parcel.

I was just wondering if there was anything you guys could do, or should I just wait until November 18 when the item is due to arrive in Australia?
