When is my package leaving China?

Dear Customer service,
My package was sent on March 30 and the tracking number is LX083870815CN.
Do you know when it will leave China?

Hi kyoko,

It was delivered to air transport on April 17 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

On 8/29/2016 Package RG294274205CN leave Beijing Airport:

My questions are: Do you know where is this package after 25 days of leaving the Beijing airport ???

Is this package coming by airplane ? What type of parcel service is this package using ?

Where was this package last scan or seem ? Is the package lost or delay for some reason?

I never had this kind of prolong delay from any package coming from China before.

Please, I do need an intelligent answer to my normal questions from any intelligent person !
