When get my parcel (ES313928171KR)?

My pacel arrived at Xian Customs ten days ago.(04 October) When can I get my parcel. Parcel is clothes which used for automn and winter. Can get it tomorrow? I can pick it myself at Xian Customs. Is it possible?
