It didn't pass the check and was returned back for many times. It was delivered to you again now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. I shipped 2 parcels on the 13th of April and they have been stuck on 'Shanghai, arriving at Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station (via transfer)' for one month now.
I shipped 2 more parcels on the 22nd of April (after the previous two) and these ones already arrived and were delivered to me.

It does not take 1 month to transfer from Hangzhou to Shanghai.. from previous experience it always updates in one day to say 'arrived in Shanghai'
