When does my parcel arrive at Iran?

Hello, how are you?
My parcel RB145713211CN has been repeatedly transfered from Beijing to Urumqi and vice versa for several months. I don't understand why it has been delayed for delivering to Iran. It was registered in 10th Oct. 2021.

Hi, RB145713211CN parcel was dispatched Beijing on 10th October 2021 and it arrived at Urumqi International Package Office of Exchange. However the parcel was returned again to the BeiJing International Package Processing Center. What’s wrong with this parcel? Is it en route to Iran or not? It has been in trasit for almost 36 days. Would you please tell me how long does it take to arrive at Iran?
