When Can I Expect Delivery

A parcel was shipped on December 28th., 2019 with China Post Tracking Number UT681427760CN indicates that it has arrived in Vancouver on December 4th., 2019 but there have been no further updates. Canada Post indicates they can not track a parcel until it has cleared customs. Please Advise.
