When am i going to get my package

I was suppose to receive it 9/7 and it says
China,Chicago]Chicago ,Arrive at destination ChuLi ZhongXin
2022-08-30 18:04:00

so is it in Chicago or is it back in China I'm confused

It's delayed in Chicago. As USPS is in charge of delivering it to you, you need to contact USPS to check it for you.
