What’s happening with my package?

I ordered a package around 8 days ago going to Canada and it hasn’t left China yet. About a month ago I ordered from the same seller and it was delivered to my door in just 4 days. It keeps saying it’s received by the airline then returned and now they sent it from Guangzhou to Beijing and the same thing happened. What’s going on with my package?
