What’s happening with my package

Hi, i’ve been waiting for my package for almost 20 days now and there’s been no update since 1 November. Today there was an update stating that my package was returned back to its last stop and that it was delayed. I’d like to find out why it is delayed and if there is any estimate for when i can possibly receive it.
