What was with my parcel RV522736691CN?

The last information about my parcel dates back to 13.12.2020 10:55:03 [China Post] Arrival Foshan Shunde mail processing center.
I did not receive my parcel yet and no further information appears. The status of the tracking number is Expired. What mean it? What happened? Please help!

Hi Nedjeljko Lekic,

According to the latest tracking information, it couldn't pass the customs check and was returned back to Foshan city where the seller is located. You couldn't receive it. What you need to do now is to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
