I am writing regarding a parcel with the tracking number AM571473563CN, which was shipped via China Post and marked as delivered to Falmouth, Cornwall TR11 2B, United Kingdom, on 2024-11-12 at 16:55.
Unfortunately, the package has not been received, and I am unable to identify the local carrier in the UK who handled the final delivery. The tracking information provided does not specify the handover details, and attempts to locate the parcel through local courier services have been unsuccessful.
Could you kindly confirm which UK courier received this parcel from China Post for final delivery? This information is critical for me to follow up and resolve this matter.

I suggest you try to contact the seller to check it for you. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply, it may be a scam. We have found many seller uses china post parcel to ship some junk to another address. The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either. You need to call your bank and report fraud asap.
