Hi Taurian,

The tear off portion has no use. It's said you need to tear it off before post it. But many people say it doesn't matter if you keep it.

Tracking enquiry (1 reply)

Hello, I'm a Police officer attached to the New South Wales Police Force, in Sydney Australia. I'm currrently investigating a drug importation from China into Sydney, Australia. As a part of my investigation, a package has been intercepted with a 'China Express International Express Waybill' being attached. The barcode number attached is 'CT567918439CN'. Could you please assist me in locating who sent the package and if anybody had viewed the tracking of the package online. Regards, Constable Kyle Sonter Redfern Police Station (NSWPF) 1B Lawson Street, Redfern, NSW, 2016.

How to get tracking code that I forget to take (1 reply)

Hello,
I forget to ask for the tracking code of my postcard sent on Friday, 14 Jun 2024 at Huangpu Branch ( Shanghai).
Now I am not in China and could not call to ask for the tracking code, how can I do now?
The only thing I have now is my Alipay record as paying for stamp and service. I hope they can track and provide me the tracking code.

Thank you so much.
Kind regards,
