What is the update on my package now?

For days it didn’t say it shipped out though when I spoke directly with seller, it was shipped out beforehand And she was able to see the update as well. I just want to know what’s the update for my package now? I honestly need it by 4/19 to U.S. (as it is a gift) LY083187819CN

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
