What is the status of my parcel?

Hello, I want to check the status of my parcel that has been "handed over to the carrier transport" since April 7. 2021. Does that mean that it is on a plane? Or could it be in the destination country already. Or lost? Tracking number is : EB742431487CN

Hi erin,

It's delayed in China for a long time. You'd better wait for another 15 days to see if it could reach the US. If no, I suggest you contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

My parcel was shipped on the 17th of November 2021 from Guangzhou to the US but has not been delivered. The last tracking status was on the 22nd of November with status “Arrived at Destination “.
