Hello, My tracking number is AG122267431CN. I want to know when it will arrive. It has been in Los Angeles California USA for over 30 days. When will it leave the warehouse and arrive to my house? Thank you.

Hi scott labrake,

It's not normal for it. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Thank you. I've reached out to the seller (several times) and they have been less than helpful. If they cannot do a trace investigation, can I find out a way to contact China Post? I'll also ask my bank (as I have the seller) for a refund. Thanks!!

Considering that 3 days after the order was placed, I received a conformation that the order was completed, along with the above tracking number, one would think there should be some information available about the order through the tracking system. In view of all the port issues, specifically Shenzhen, Is it possible the order is tied up there ? After 10 weeks, there should be information to verify the status of the order somewhere.
