What is the reasonably cheap and fast way to mail a letter to Shanghai China

Hi, I need to mail a 1 page letter to Shanghai, China, hopefully within 10 days, and with the least expensive means to trace and track, what is the cheapest way to do so? will this be cheaper than other carriers?

Hi Jim,

Do you mean you live in China now and want to mail a letter to Shanghai City from your city? You can go to any of the post offices near your place to send it by letter. It's very cheap no more than 5 Chinese Yuan. It could be reached within a week maybe three days if it's not too far. Also it could be registered. This is the least expensive way to mail it.

When I ask China post, they can't find any info on it. When I call USPS (the sender) they can't track it since it has apparently arrived in China
